Here, children  looked at how people follow a community and what they do when they come together.

 

They learnt about the Sikh Community and the Gurdwara -  the place where Sikhs come together for congregational worship and is also a community centre, which offers food, shelter, and companionship to those who need it.

 

Only Vegetarian food is served in the Gurdwaras and Owls have followed tradition by sitting in rows to enjoy a vegetarian banquet, which was served by some of the children acting as 'Hosts'.
