Spring Term Governing Body News….

Corona virus: the Governing Body has worked closely with Mrs McCloskey and her team over the last few weeks and continue to do so to ensure that children and staff are safe in school and that the children can continue to receive the education that they deserve.   As we’re sure you will appreciate, this is a difficult situation for all concerned and we would like to take the opportunity to thank you for your support and patience.  We would also to thank the staff who have had to adapt to resourcing home schooling with very little notice, and provide support in school for the children of key workers as well as those at home whilst ensuring that their own families and children are safe. 

The Full Governing Body, Standards and Effectiveness Committee (SEC) and Resources Committee have met this term and reports have been received from governors on Safeguarding and Governor Monitoring. 

We have welcomed Mrs Gervis and Mrs Tanuku in January in Kingfishers and Owls classes.

Thank you once again for your support during these difficult times and we hope that you continue to stay safe and well.
