Autism Central North West Hub Our Autism Central Hubs offer guidance to families, carers and personal assistants of autistic people. All of our sessions are run by Peer Educators. These are parents or carers of autistic people, who are happy to share their knowledge and experience with you. They offer group and one-to-one sessions to help you and other parents and carers find the information and services available in your area. Hubs may also run events such as workshops, drop-in sessions, coffee mornings or virtual meet-ups.

Home-Start - Ribble Valley Local Home-Starts are rooted in the communities in which they serve. Each Home-Start charity is managed locally but is supported nationally by Home-Start UK, which offers direction, training, information and guidance to local Home-Starts and ensures consistent and quality support for parents and children. Home-Start in East Lancashire believes that children need a happy and secure childhood and that parents play the key role in helping them achieve their full potential. Home-Start wants to see a society in which all parents have the support they need to give their children the best start in life.

Lancashire Mind We are Lancashire Mind, your local mental health charity. Part of the Mind federation of mental health charities, our services are designed to support local people, parents, schools, public sector, voluntary organisations and businesses in relation to mental heath. We will soon be launching eLearning for parents related to neurodiversity and mental health under this project. Parents and young people can access wellbeing coaching through this Together Workshop project (up to 6 sessions fully funded, so at no cost to them).
