It was an exhilarating evening for our Yrs. 5 & 6 running squad as they soared to Clitheroe to compete in the Ribble Valley Cross Country event, held at St. Michael and St. John’s RC Primary School.

In a fiercely competitive field, our girls truly demonstrated their prowess, finishing in first place! A massive shout out to Pearl, Poppy, Belle, Isabelle, Gracie and Ruby—your incredible teamwork and dedication were key to this outstanding achievement!

Although our boys faced a large cohort of experienced runners and narrowly missed out on a top spot, they showed immense grit and determination, securing a commendable finish outside the medals overall.

Special congratulations to Ralph, Alex for making the top 25! Along with FIVE of our fabulous girls, you'll be representing the Ribble Valley later in the school year—what an honour!
