Well, well, well, what a Sports Day we had on Thursday, 20th June! The sun was shining, the vibes were high, and our school field was buzzing with excitement. Picture this: children decked out in their house colours, all pumped up and ready to show off their sporting skills.
As the races kicked off, the atmosphere was electric. Families and friends lined up along the track, cheering on their little champs. And boy, did our kids deliver! Speed, agility, strength - you name it, they had it all. And let's not forget the hilarious mishaps in the balloon-popping event - talk about good old fun!
But what truly warmed our hearts was seeing the community join in on the fun. Parents, grandparents - everyone got stuck in this year. It was a true display of sportsmanship and togetherness. Kudos to all who came out to support our young athletes!
Now, onto the results. Drumroll, please! In a nail-biting finish, the Yellow team clinched the 4th spot with 310 points, followed closely by the Reds in 3rd place with 320 points. And would you believe it - both the Green and Blue teams tied with an impressive 390 points each. It all came down to gold medals, and after a tight count, the Blue team emerged as the ultimate champions. What a thrilling showdown!
To everyone who participated, spectated, and supported, a massive round of applause. Your enthusiasm and sportsmanship truly embodied the spirit of our school values. Until next year's Sports Day, keep those competitive spirits alive and kicking!
